By a deep transformative rebranding strategy, crafting a more relatable and customer-centric tone of voice, supported by targeted digital campaigns interactive contents e commercial charts, the brand’s awareness increased by 35% within six months, and customer engagement metrics significantly improved increasing proportionally the net promoter score of the company.”
