Whether I’m optimizing processes at RB Consulting or overseeing operations at JRS Management Services, I use that auditor’s eye to identify inefficiencies, mitigate risks, and build systems that foster sustainability. In many ways, auditing gave me the discipline to lead with precision, integrity, and foresight.”

“My biggest advice is to cultivate both technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. Financial consulting is not just about numbers—it’s about people, trust, and impact. Start by mastering the fundamentals of accounting, finance, and regulatory compliance, but don’t stop there. Learn to listen deeply to clients, understand their goals, and communicate complex concepts in simple terms. Integrity and transparency must be at the core of everything you do; clients will remember how you made them feel long after they forget the details of a report. Finally, never stop learning. The financial world evolves constantly, and adaptability is your greatest asset. Pursue certifications, seek mentors, and stay curious.
