Nikola Kočić is an entrepreneur and founder with more than a decade of experience in building brands, developing businesses, and driving online and offline sales. Through Growww, his parent company based in Belgrade, and Growww AI, the in-house AI engine developed by his team, he works across Europe, the UAE, and the USA, with experience spanning gambling, fintech, gaming, and e-commerce. His current focus is increasingly centered on artificial intelligence, AI agents, automation, sales intelligence, and technologies that help companies make faster and more informed decisions.
Nikola Kočić’s Entrepreneurial Journey
We started the interview by asking, “Nikola, could you introduce yourself and tell us about your entrepreneurial journey?”
Nikola Kočić replied, “I’m Nikola Kočić, an entrepreneur and founder focused on building and scaling businesses through technology, marketing, and innovation.
I have spent more than a decade creating brands, developing sales strategies, working with consumer behavior and neuromarketing, and building businesses across different markets. My experience covers gambling, fintech, gaming, e-commerce, and technology, with projects operating across Europe, the UAE, and the USA.
Today, my main focus is Growww and Growww AI. Growww is our parent company, based in Belgrade, while Growww AI is the AI engine we built in-house.
The direction of the business has naturally moved toward artificial intelligence because we see enormous potential in combining entrepreneurship, marketing, data, and AI technology.”
The Growww Business Vision
The Worlds Times: What is Growww and what role does it play in your business ecosystem?
Nikola Kočić replied, “Growww is our parent company and the foundation for the businesses and projects we develop.
We look at businesses from a very practical perspective. We want to understand the market, the customer, the sales process, the brand, and the technology required to create sustainable growth.
Over the years, this approach has led us to work across several industries and markets. It also gave us the opportunity to identify where artificial intelligence could create a much bigger impact.
That eventually led to the development of Growww AI, our in-house AI engine.”
Why AI Matters
The Worlds Times: What inspired you to focus so heavily on artificial intelligence?
Nikola Kočić replied, “The biggest motivation is the amount of information businesses generate every day and how much of that information is still not being used properly.
Every interaction, sales conversation, customer inquiry, campaign, meeting, and business process creates data.
The challenge is turning that data into something useful.
My view is very simple: “Most companies don’t have a talent problem. They have a visibility problem. What isn’t measured can’t be managed. What isn’t managed can’t grow. AI makes sure nothing stays unmeasured.”
AI gives companies the ability to process information at a scale that would be extremely difficult to achieve manually.
That creates opportunities to understand what is happening inside a business and, more importantly, what should happen next.”
Replacing Guesswork with Data
The Worlds Times: You often talk about replacing guesswork with data. What does that mean in practice?
Nikola Kočić replied, “A lot of business decisions are still based on assumptions.
Someone believes a particular sales process works better. Someone thinks a customer prefers a certain message. A manager believes a meeting went well. A sales representative thinks a lead is interested.
But believing something and measuring it are two different things.
As I often say: “We don’t replace people. We replace guesswork. Every process leaves data, data reveals patterns, and AI turns patterns into the next right decision.”
That is how I see the role of AI. It should give people better information so they can make better decisions.”
Inside Unicorn AI
The Worlds Times: Tell us about Unicorn AI. What problem does the AI product solve?
Nikola Kočić replied, “Unicorn AI is one of the startup brands we created within our Growww AI environment.
It focuses on fast lead acquisition, lead and communication analysis, and rapid sales using AI agents.
The idea is to make the journey from acquiring a lead to communicating with that lead and ultimately generating a sale much faster and more intelligent.
Our AI agents can communicate with leads through calling or chat. Instead of treating every lead exactly the same, the technology can analyze communication and help businesses understand what is happening throughout the sales process.
For companies dealing with large numbers of leads, speed matters enormously. If you can respond quickly, understand the conversation, and identify the next appropriate action, you can create a much more efficient sales process.”
Introducing ActAIQ
The Worlds Times: You also developed ActAIQ. What is ActAIQ and how does it work?
Nikola Kočić replied, “ActAIQ, available through aiq.rs, is another startup product developed within our Growww AI environment.
It is designed around meeting and conversation analysis. You can think of it as a modern AI recorder that does much more than simply record a conversation.
ActAIQ analyzes the quality of the conversation, the knowledge demonstrated by each participant, the performance of the conversation, and the important information discussed.
It also creates a summary and a plan for further actions.
That is particularly useful because meetings often contain a huge amount of information, but after the meeting people may remember different things or forget important details.
ActAIQ helps turn the conversation itself into structured business intelligence.”
Marketing Meets AI
The Worlds Times: How does your background in marketing and neuromarketing influence your AI strategy?
Nikola Kočić replied, “My marketing background has a major influence on how I approach technology.
I have spent many years studying customer behavior, developing brands, creating marketing strategies, and using neuromarketing principles.
Technology is powerful, but you still need to understand people. AI can tell you what is happening in your data, identify patterns, and automate processes. But understanding why customers respond in a particular way remains extremely important.
For me, the strongest approach is combining human psychology and marketing knowledge with technology.”
AI Across Industries
The Worlds Times: How can AI help businesses in industries such as fintech, gaming, gambling, and e-commerce?
Nikola Kočić replied, “These industries are different, but they share one important characteristic: they generate a significant amount of data and involve complex customer journeys.
In fintech, AI can support automation, analytics, customer communication, and operational processes.
In gaming, it can contribute to personalization, engagement, user experience, and content-related processes.
In e-commerce, AI can help businesses understand customers, automate communication, improve recommendations, and optimize sales processes.
The same principle applies to other industries. The technology is only useful when it addresses a real business problem.”
Building across Global Markets
The Worlds Times: You operate across Europe, the UAE, and the USA. How does working across different markets influence your approach?
Nikola Kočić replied, “Operating internationally teaches you very quickly that there is no single formula for every market.
Customer behavior, business culture, competition, regulations, and purchasing habits can differ considerably between countries.
Technology allows businesses to scale internationally, but localization is still extremely important.
AI can help companies analyze information and automate parts of their operations, but you still need to understand the market and the people you are serving.
That combination of technology and market understanding is especially important when building products for international customers.”
From AI Ideas to Products

The Worlds Times: How do you decide which AI ideas are worth turning into products?
Nikola Kočić replied, “I start with the problem rather than the technology.
If someone comes to me with an idea, I want to understand who has the problem, how often they experience it, what the current solution looks like, and whether there is a real commercial opportunity.
Then we ask whether AI can genuinely make the solution better.
This is also how we approach our startup products.
Unicorn AI addresses lead acquisition, communication analysis, and sales through AI agents, while ActAIQ focuses on meeting and conversation intelligence.
Both are examples of starting with a practical business need and then using AI to build a solution around it.”
Advice for AI Entrepreneurs
Lastly we asked, “Finally, what advice would you give entrepreneurs who want to build an AI startup?”
“Start with the problem. Don’t build something simply because AI makes it possible. Find something people genuinely need and then ask whether AI can solve that problem faster, better, or more efficiently.
Validate the idea, talk to customers, build quickly, measure what happens, and keep improving. AI gives entrepreneurs incredible leverage, but it doesn’t remove the need for good business thinking.
You still need the right market, the right product, the right people, and strong execution. The technology can accelerate the journey, but you still have to know where you are going.” Nikola Kočić concluded
