Official court papers stated that the employee revealed keys about his previous workplace after he surrendered, leading to the firm losing much of its clients.
The guy was functioning as a tax agent for the company, and he revealed information related to the business’s rate of interest. The former company filed a civil legal action versus him and also demanded Dh490,000 in payment for his destructive actions that brought about material and moral damages to the company.
The company also mentioned that a criminal situation had previously been filed against the offender in which he was convicted and penalized in absentia by fining him Dh10,000.
After looking into the case, the Abu Dhabi Family Members and also Civil Administrative Situations Court issued a ruling purchasing the employee to pay Dh100,000 to his previous business in payment for the problems.
The man was also informed to pay for the business’s lawful expenditures.
