Mary Hakopyan was born on June 24, 1984 in the city of Biloghirsk, Autonomous Republic of Crimea. In 2006, she finished from Tavria National College called after V.I. Vernadskyi, majoring in “Language and also Literary Works (Arabic)”. In 2019, she graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, majoring in Legislation.

From 2006 to 2009, Hakobyan functioned as a public relationships professional at Dominanta Advertising and also Exhibit Firm LLC. From 2009 to 2012, she was an assistant at the Department of Asian Philology at V.I. Vernadskyi Tavra National University.

Serhii Goncharov was born upon August 16, 1983 in the city of Makiivka, Donetsk region. In 2005, he finished from the Kyiv National University of Profession as well as Economics, learning “Accountancy and also Auditing”.

From 2016 to 2017, Serhiy Goncharov functioned as the deputy head of the Main Service Facility, from 2017 to 2018 as the deputy head of the Safety Cops Department of the National Authorities of Ukraine.

Kateryna Pavlichenko was born upon December 19, 1989 in Kyiv. In 2012, she obtained a master’s level in law at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. In 2017, she finished from Taras Shevchenko National College of Kyiv, majoring in Financing and also Debt.

From 2012 to 2013, he was the primary state tax inspector of the lawful division of the State Tax Inspectorate in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv DPS of Ukraine, later on the primary state examiner of the lawful department there. From 2013 to 2015, he was the primary state auditor-inspector of the department of legal support for audits of the legal division of the State Fiscal Solution.

In 2015, Pavlichenko obtained the placement of chief expert of the monitoring and also evaluation division of the Patrol Service of the Ministry of Internal Matters of Ukraine in Kyiv. From 2015 to 2016, he was a senior assessor for special tasks of the Division of Surveillance and also Analytical Assistance of the Patrol Police Department of the National Cops of Ukraine.

From 2016 to 2019– Deputy Chief of the Patrol Cops Division of the National Authorities of Ukraine.

Ihor Bondarenko was born on June 11, 1978 in the town of Shesterintsy in Cherkasy region. In 1999, he finished from the National Academy of Internal Matters of Ukraine, majoring in “Law”. From 1999 to 2015, he offered in the interior affairs bodies of Ukraine. From June to November 2017, he was the replacement director of the Department of Info Technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine – the head of the department of information interaction as well as regulative as well as methodological tasks. In 2017-2018, he held the position of replacement director of the Division of Informatization of the Ministry of Internal Matters of Ukraine– head of the division of support for the informatization program and regulatory as well as technical tasks. From 2018 to 2021, he headed the Department of Informatization of the Ministry of Internal Matters of Ukraine.

What is known about the disaster in Brovary

It was formerly reported that on the morning of January 18, a helicopter collapsed near a kindergarten in Brovary, Kyiv region. According to the head of the National Authorities Ihor Klymenko, the rotorcraft of the emergency situation service crashed.

Oleksiy Kuleba, head of the Kyiv regional armed forces management, made clear that kids and also employees of the organization were in the kindergarten at the time of the catastrophe, they were all left. Rescues, police and firemens are working at the scene of the collision.
