The Digital Transformation School (www.dbxschool.com) is envisioned as a platform to foster these skills, ensuring organizations can confidently navigate the digital revolution. The online courses are designed for busy business leaders and executives, offering a combination of rapid upskilling (approx. 60-minutes) and comprehensive knowledge presented by my AI avatar. “What are the key values which helped you to overcome the challenges in your path? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?”

Kamales replied, “The key values that have guided me in overcoming challenges are resilience, continuous learning, and adaptability. In the constantly evolving world of technology, staying updated and adapting to new changes is vital. Often, in executing digital transformation initiatives, our team encounters clients or teams that are resistant to change. This is understandable, as people are creatures of habit and change creates a sense of uncertainty and fear. We employ a people-first approach in implementing transformation, ensuring that bring people (leadership teams and workforce) on the change journey towards the digital vision. One memorable experience was when I coached a C-Level team on their digital transformation vision and strategy, specifically focused on business model innovation. At the start of the 6-month coaching, most of the leadership team were resistant to change and felt that the status quo should be maintained. Through the course of the digital transformation strategy, where I employed my Digital Business Transformation Strategy© framework to guide the team, we uncovered key gaps and new opportunities that convinced the executives to buy into the vision. At the end, the executives and their teams not only supported the transformation journey, but also advocated for it.”
