IndiGo is facing a massive backlash for not enabling a youngster with special needs to board from the Ranchi flight terminal over the weekend.
Aeronautics Minster Jyotiraditya Scindia on Monday warned IndiGo airlines after a spiralling backlash over not enabling a kid with special needs to board a flight with his family members at the Ranchi airport terminal over the weekend.
“There is no tolerance in the direction of such behavior. No human being needs to have to go with this! Exploring the issue by myself, article which ideal activity will certainly be taken,” the priest composed on Twitter.

The aviation regulator Directorate General of Civil Aeronautics (DGCA) has also asked IndiGo for a record.
The action follows the painful ordeal of the family members was widely shared on social media, activating enormous outrage.
IndiGo, in a statement, said the kid positioned a hazard to other passengers’ safety. It worried that it takes pride in being “comprehensive” and also shot down tips of biased behavior.
“In-view of the safety and security of travelers, a specially-abled youngster can not board the flight with his family members on May 7, as he remained in a state of panic. The ground staff awaited him to cool down till the eleventh hour, however fruitless,” stated the airline.
