Speaking on the appointment of Delhi High Court judges, Justice Ramana — who acted as its Principal Justice from September 2013 to February 2014, claimed there was a “great deal of persuasion” from Supreme Court court Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and also included, “I assume now almost every little thing we removed other than 1 or 2 names.
