A disagreement burst out after Arpit was inquired about 1.5 crore by his father. Arpit could not help tally the accounts, which made his daddy angry.
A businessman in Bengaluru has been detained for setting his child ablaze after debate over settlement of accounts. The young man passed away in a hospital due to shed injuries. The case took place in Valmiki Nagar area of the city on April 1 as well as was caught on CCTV.
The video, currently distributing on Twitter, first reveals the target Arpit coming out of a structure. He appears to be drenched in some fluid, which the cops later stated was paint thinner (a spirit-based solvent).
His daddy Surendra hurries out after him. The boy is seen begging to his daddy, who is in no state of mind to listen and is also seen reprimanding Arpit. The 25-year-old then tries to stop his papa who lights a matchstick as well as throws it at him.
After one unsuccessful effort, the second matchstick set his clothing ablaze and Arpit is seen running from the area with his garments on fire.
Residents hurried to snuff the fire as well as took the young man to Victoria Hospital. He experienced 60 percent melt injuries and kept defending his life for 2 days. Arpit succumbed throughout therapy on Thursday morning.
His dad was arrested by the cops after an issue lodged by a neighbour.
Surendra runs a construction service. According to reports, the argument started after Arpit, that was manning the store, failed to provide details of 1.5 crore when the dad asked him for account details.
