Through sport, Rogers’ impact has been particularly transformative. As the former CEO of FairBreak Global, she helped reshape the landscape of women’s cricket worldwide. Under her leadership, FairBreak forged a strategic partnership with the Saudi Cricket Board, further expanding opportunities for women athletes and strengthening cricket’s global reach.

Recognized internationally as a pioneer in accelerating the women’s game, Rogers has appeared as a respected voice and commentator on platforms including Sky Sports and BBC.

Building the Future of Cricket

Today Rogers continues to shape the future of sport as Chairwoman of Day1Sports, where she is helping build a groundbreaking digital ecosystem for cricket.

The organization’s upcoming platform, Cricket Freedom, aims to redefine how the sport is accessed and experienced. By combining online gaming with real world competition, the platform will offer global access to coaching, mentorship, community and invitations to international Open Talent Tournaments.

Using technologies such as artificial intelligence and avatars, Cricket Freedom will create a global clubhouse where education, play and performance intersect while removing barriers related to gender, race, religion, financial resources or cultural bias.

Leadership Across Global Institutions

Beyond sport, Rogers plays an influential role in a wide range of development initiatives. She serves as Chair or advisor to several organisations including The King’s Trust in Wales, Arundel Castle Cricket Club, the Caribbean Global Institute, and the Patchwork Foundation.

She also provides strategic advisory support to Pinto Capital, a firm specialising in high end sports and cultural assets.

Her ambassadorial work includes collaborations with organisations such as See The Good Now, Sports Business Syndicate, European Career Support, and Global Social Leaders. Rogers is also a recognised partner of major UK charities Barnardo’s and Centrepoint.

Transforming Education Across the Commonwealth

Rogers’ influence extends deeply into education initiatives throughout the Commonwealth. Ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2026, she has funded and organised literacy programmes in Antigua and Barbuda.

Her initiative trained every Kindergarten and Year 1 and Year 2 teacher to become qualified reading instructors using Jolly Phonics materials. Within five years, the percentage of children reading fluently at age seven increased from 60 percent to 90 percent.

She also sponsors an annual national essay competition that attracts more than 250 participants each year and publishes their work in collaboration with Luxury Locations.

Expanding Opportunities Worldwide

Rogers continues to champion opportunity through numerous projects. She serves on the board of the Four Knights Cricket Academy, helped establish the Barbados Royals Girls Cricket Club, and co-created the Kawah Plantation School in Rwanda.
