Being able to communicate fluently in Spanish allows me to educate, empower, and advocate for Spanish-speaking families so they feel fully understood and respected. The Worlds Times: What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned in your 30+ years in real estate?
Minnie Rzeslawski replied, “With over 30 years of helping clients and personally investing in properties, the greatest lesson I’ve learned is that real estate rewards clarity, patience, and relationships built on trust. I’ve bought, renovated, and sold homes myself, so I understand the pressure, the excitement, and the financial decisions my clients face. Flipping properties gave me a practical understanding of construction costs, repair timelines, and what truly adds value. But above all, I’ve learned that clients work with you for life when you show up with honesty, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to their success.
