The Inspiration behind Loving As Within So Without

We started the interview by asking, “What inspired you to create Loving As Within So Without LLC and step into the role of a Holistic Love and Pleasure Coach?”

MarJanae Truesdale replied, “The inspiration came from my own personal journey of self-discovery and healing. I realized that many people struggle to connect with themselves deeply, which in turn affects how they connect with others. For me, creating Loving As Within So Without LLC was about providing a safe, holistic space where love, pleasure, and spirituality could be embraced without shame or limitation. I wanted to help individuals and couples move beyond surface-level connections into a place of embodiment, where they can truly honor themselves and their partners. My coaching practice is rooted in the belief that love is not just about romance—it’s about wholeness, communication, and embracing pleasure as a vital aspect of wellness. This calling is both personal and collective, as I see myself as a guide for those ready to step into their highest vibration and live as their authentic, best selves.”

How Her Coaching Differs

The Worlds Times: How does your coaching approach differ from traditional relationship or life coaching?

MarJanae Truesdale replied, “Traditional coaching often focuses on goals, performance, or resolving specific conflicts, while my approach centers on wholeness, embodiment, and energetic alignment. I believe lasting transformation comes from within, so I guide clients to explore their relationship with self before addressing their external relationships. My work blends practical coaching tools with spiritual intuition, somatic awareness, and practices that honor both the body and soul. This allows individuals and couples to reconnect with their innate wisdom, release limiting patterns, and embody deeper intimacy. Instead of offering “quick fixes,” I facilitate a process of integration—helping clients align their inner world with their outer experiences. The result is not only improved communication and intimacy but also an expanded sense of joy, balance, and fulfillment in all areas of life. It’s a deeply personalized and compassionate journey, meeting each client exactly where they are while guiding them toward higher love.”

The Interconnection of Love, Pleasure, and Spirituality

The Worlds Times: You emphasize the connection between love, pleasure, and spirituality. Why is this integration so important?

MarJanae Truesdale replied, “Love, pleasure, and spirituality are often treated as separate aspects of life, but in truth, they are deeply intertwined. Love begins within us—how we see ourselves, how we nurture our inner dialogue, and how we honor our bodies. Pleasure is not just physical, but also emotional and spiritual; it’s about fully experiencing life with joy and presence. When we integrate these aspects, we awaken to a higher vibration where relationships become sacred partnerships rather than transactional exchanges. Spirituality brings awareness and intention into this process, reminding us that our connections are reflections of our inner state. When individuals embrace this integration, they stop seeking love and validation outside of themselves and instead radiate from a place of inner wholeness. That vibration naturally attracts deeper intimacy, compassion, and harmony into their lives. To me, this integration is the foundation of true fulfillment and lasting, soulful connection.”

Core Message of “Best Version of You”

The Worlds Times: Your book “Best Version of You” has inspired many. Can you share the core message behind it?

MarJanae Truesdale replied, “The heart of “Best Version of You” is about embracing the power of self-awareness and self-love as the gateway to transformation. I wanted readers to understand that they already hold everything they need within themselves to live a fulfilling, joyful, and purposeful life. The book encourages individuals to peel back the layers of fear, conditioning, and self-doubt to rediscover their authentic selves. It also guides them to honor their emotions, listen to their intuition, and step into their personal power with confidence. Each page is a reminder that becoming your best self is not about perfection but about alignment—living in harmony with your truth and values. My intention was to create not just a book, but a companion for anyone ready to heal, grow, and vibrate at a higher frequency. It’s a deeply personal work, but also a universal call to love and wholeness.”

Helping Couples Rebuild Connection and Intimacy

The Worlds Times: How do you support couples who feel disconnected or stuck in their relationships?

MarJanae Truesdale replied, “When couples come to me feeling disconnected, my first step is to create a compassionate, judgment-free space where both partners feel seen and heard. Often, disconnection arises from unspoken emotions, unmet needs, or patterns of miscommunication. I guide them through practices that help rebuild trust, deepen emotional intimacy, and rekindle pleasure in their relationship. This might involve exercises in conscious communication, somatic awareness, or reconnecting with sensual and spiritual practices. I also encourage each partner to reflect on their own inner world—because the way we show up in relationships mirrors how we show up for ourselves. By fostering individual growth alongside shared experiences, couples begin to realign and rediscover their bond on a deeper level. The process is about moving from blame or frustration into curiosity, compassion, and joy. Ultimately, it’s about co-creating a relationship that feels nurturing, balanced, and alive again.”

Overcoming Guilt and Shame around Pleasure

The Worlds Times: Many people struggle with embracing pleasure without guilt or shame. How do you help them shift this mindset?

MarJanae Truesdale replied, “Pleasure has often been misunderstood or stigmatized, which leads many to carry guilt or shame around experiencing it. My role is to help individuals reframe pleasure as a natural and vital part of well-being. We start by exploring their beliefs and conditioning—where those ideas of shame or guilt came from—and then gently release them through awareness and compassionate practices. I encourage clients to see pleasure not just in the physical sense but in everyday experiences: savoring a meal, enjoying movement, or being present with a loved one. Through embodiment exercises, mindfulness, and spiritual connection, they begin to embrace pleasure as sacred, healing, and life-affirming. When pleasure is honored rather than suppressed, it unlocks greater vitality, creativity, and intimacy. Helping clients reclaim their right to pleasure is one of the most empowering shifts, because it restores balance and allows them to truly vibrate at their highest frequency.”

Vision for the Future

Lastly we asked, “What vision do you hold for Loving As Within So Without LLC in the coming years?”

My vision is to expand Loving As Within So Without LLC into a global platform that touches lives across cultures and communities. I see it becoming a sanctuary where individuals and couples can access transformative coaching, workshops, retreats, and resources that integrate love, pleasure, and spiritual growth. I want to create spaces—both virtual and physical—where people feel safe to explore their wholeness and cultivate deeper intimacy with themselves and others. Beyond coaching, I envision collaborations with other healers, authors, and spiritual practitioners to build a community dedicated to raising collective consciousness. Ultimately, the goal is to help people everywhere recognize that love begins within, and by embodying that truth, we transform our relationships, families, and societies. My mission is to be a guide and catalyst for this ripple effect, fostering more compassion, joy, and authentic connection in the world.” MarJanae Truesdale concluded
