Mahmoud replied, “With over 14 years of experience in the fashion (retail) industry in the GCC, Mahmoud brings extensive knowledge of retail operations, business development, and strategic planning for retail brands and customer experiences to Lenskart Middle East. Mahmoud oversees the brand’s Middle East expansion in his current position as Vice President of Retail for Lenskart Middle East.

Mahmoud has received three fashion awards for his contributions as Regional Operations Manager to sales growth and operational excellence during his tenure with Majid Al Futtaim, as well as the Business Excellence Award issued by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his role as Area Operations Manager for Dune London.

Joining Lenskart in 2021, Mahmoud has developed plans for business and revenue growth, explored risk and reward strategies, estimated partners’ needs and goals, and overseen marketing functions to identify new customer acquisition and sales growth opportunities.”

Mahmoud replied, “Back in 2017 when I was responsible for a fashion clothing brand, noticed a decline in sales for a specific category of winter coats where Data Analysis is the core to help the business solve such problems by doing few steps like (Sales Data Examination – Customer Behavior Analysis – Geographical Analysis) and by improving our strategies (Adjust Inventory – Marketing Campaigns – Feedback Loop – Monitor Impact).

By leveraging data analytics, we responded swiftly to market trends and tailored our inventory and marketing strategies to better meet customer demands and grow our sales.”
