We started the interview by asking, “What inspired the creation of inoRain, and what core problem is the company solving in the global OTT landscape?”
Andranik Minasyan replied, “inoRain was created from an evident gap in the industry. As a former Internet service provider, I could see how ISPs operated, the limitations they faced, and the tools they lacked to compete in a fast-growing digital market.
This background helped me realize exactly what kind of solution would help them scale their business. So, the knowledge and passion for the digital world sparked the idea of founding inoRain.
Eventually, we upgraded our OTT solutions to meet more diverse needs. We started creating while-label platforms not only for ISPs but for content owners of any kind.
Our mission is simple: to make premium streaming technology accessible to everyone. With inoRain content providers, broadcasters, operators, and ISPs can launch fully branded OTT platforms quickly and at a much lower cost than traditional development.”

The Worlds Times: Viewer expectations are evolving fast. How does inoRain ensure a high-quality and engaging user experience?
Andranik Minasyan replied, “In our business, we always look at user experience from two sides. The first side is our clients — the ISPs, broadcasters, and content owners who use our dashboard every day. For them, we built a system that is simple to navigate and easy to manage. They can upload content, organize channels, choose monetization models, and track performance without needing a technical background. Our goal is to make their work as smooth as possible so they can focus on growing their service.
The second side of user experience is the end user — the viewers who actually watch the content. Their expectations today are much higher than they used to be. People want an interface that is simple, fast, and easy to navigate on any device. That’s why we focus heavily on building a very user-friendly experience for our OTT apps. We make sure viewers have the features they expect in a modern streaming service. Things like an easy-to-read EPG, smooth channel navigation, catch-up TV, timeshift, and personalized recommendations, or continue watching. These simple but important tools keep viewers engaged.
I believe that without a flawless user experience, even the most advanced technology can fail. That’s pretty much the approach we follow at inoRain for user experience.”
