Ria Satsangi Interview

Ultimately, she aims to help clients feel more aligned, confident, and supported in a lifestyle that is elevated yet effortless.

The Inspiration Behind

The Worlds Times: Ria Satsangi, what inspired you to create your boutique lifestyle management and consultancy firm, and what experiences helped you realise this was the right path for you?

Ria Satsangi replied, “I was inspired to create my boutique lifestyle management and consultancy firm because I’ve always been drawn to supporting people in a way that feels intuitive, refined, and quietly transformative. After working across private banking, relationship management, and luxury events, I realised the thread that connected all my roles was a genuine ability to anticipate needs and create experiences where people feel deeply looked after.

I saw a gap for a more personal, high-touch service — one that blends structure with creativity and gives busy, discerning individuals the two things they value most: time and trust. My consultancy grew from that desire to simplify, elevate, and bring a sense of calm precision to the parts of life that matter most.”

Her Approach to the Market

The Worlds Times: Ria Satsangi, how would you describe your approach to lifestyle management for high-net-worth individuals, and what key principles guide the way you support clients with busy and complex lives?

Ria Satsangi replied, “My approach to lifestyle management is centred on clarity, efficiency, and a deep respect for each client’s individuality. High-net-worth clients often navigate complex, fast-moving lives, so my role is to bring order, intention, and thoughtful curation to everything around them.

I begin by understanding how they live — not just what they want done, but how they like things to feel. From there, I streamline the practical, elevate the experiential, and build systems that quietly support their lifestyle without ever overwhelming it.

It’s a blend of strategic thinking, calm execution, and a commitment to delivering solutions that feel precise, personal, and genuinely supportive.”

Truly Unique Services

The Worlds Times: Ria Satsangi, in a market full of luxury event and lifestyle consultancies, what do you think makes your services different and uniquely personal?

Ria Satsangi replied, “What sets my services apart is the blend of precision, intimacy, and truly tailored strategy. Many luxury consultancies focus on scale or spectacle — I focus on depth, nuance, and understanding the person behind the request.

I don’t offer pre-set packages or surface-level solutions; everything is built from the ground up around a client’s rhythms, values, and expectations. That level of personal calibration creates outcomes that feel effortless but are meticulously designed.

I also bridge both the creative and operational worlds — I can curate an experience with emotional resonance and aesthetic finesse, while also managing the coordination with complete discretion and control. It’s that combination of calm, detail-driven execution and meaningful personal insight that really distinguishes my approach.”

Personal and Luxurious Travel Experiences

The Worlds Times: Ria Satsangi, when creating bespoke travel experiences, how do you make each trip feel luxurious, personal, and perfectly suited to each client?

Ria Satsangi replied, “I craft bespoke travel experiences by starting with the person, not the destination. I take time to understand a client’s pace, preferences, curiosities, and non-negotiables — the small things that make them feel grounded and the moments that genuinely delight them.

From there, I curate an itinerary that blends luxury with emotional resonance: exceptional stays, thoughtful touches, and access to places or people they wouldn’t find on their own. But I balance this with flow — ensuring every transition feels smooth, unhurried, and instinctively right for them.

The result is a journey that reflects who they are, not just where they’re going: elevated, seamless, and deeply attuned to the way they want to experience the world.”

Understanding Refinement

The Worlds Times: Ria Satsangi, you often talk about “refinement” instead of adding more. What does refinement mean to you, and how does this idea guide the way you create experiences and make decisions for your clients?

Ria Satsangi replied, “When I talk about “refinement,” I’m referring to the art of stripping away noise so the essential can shine. In my work, it’s never about adding layers of excess – it’s about curating with intention.

Refinement means choosing what truly serves the client: the right detail, the right moment, the right decision. It is the difference between a schedule that’s packed and a life that feels considered. Whether I am planning travel, organising a home, or shaping an experience, I look for what can be simplified, clarified, or elevated.

Refinement is about creating a sense of ease and alignment – ensuring every element feels purposeful, beautiful, and quietly effective. “

Early Career Shaped Her Consultancy

The Worlds Times: Ria Satsangi, you started your career in private banking and relationship management, where trust and personal care are very important. How have these early experiences influenced the way you run your lifestyle consultancy today?

Ria Satsangi replied, “My time in private banking and relationship management shaped me by teaching me the value of genuine connections. I became skilled at building relationships that are rooted in confidence, consistency, and real attentiveness.

In those roles, I worked closely with clients whose lives were busy and multifaceted, so I learned how to navigate their needs with clarity, calm judgement, and a high level of sensitivity. That experience helped me understand how to read people, adapt quickly, and support them in a way that feels natural rather than formal.

Today, that foundation allows me to create a service where relationships come first – thoughtful, responsive, and tailored to each person’s way of living.”

Wellness and Personal Curation

The Worlds Times: Ria Satsangi, for clients who want more balance and wellbeing in their lives, what kinds of wellness and personal curation services do you offer, and how do these help them feel more grounded and organised?

Ria Satsangi replied, “I focus on creating balance, clarity, and a sense of renewal in a client’s everyday life. This can range from designing tailored wellbeing routines — such as movement, nutrition, and restorative practices — to coordinating specialists like trainers, practitioners, or coaches who align with a client’s needs and style.

On the personal curation side, I help refine their environments and choices: organising wardrobes, sourcing key pieces for upcoming seasons or trips, arranging beauty and grooming experts, and simplifying the details that often feel overwhelming.

The goal is to create a rhythm that feels supportive and nourishing — where clients feel grounded, energised, and more connected to the life they are building.”

The Core Goal

Lastly we asked, “Ria Satsangi, when clients choose to work with you, what is the main goal you hope they achieve, and how do you hope your support improves their everyday life?”

“My aim is for clients to feel that their lifestyle has not only become easier, but noticeably elevated. I want them to experience a version of their life that feels more refined, more aligned, and more expressive of who they truly are.

Part of my role is to act as a quiet tastemaker — guiding them toward better choices, thoughtful upgrades, and experiences that match their standards without ever feeling forced. Whether it is how they travel, dress, organise their time, or shape their environment, I help bring a sense of polish and cohesion that enhances what they already have.

I want clients to feel empowered: living with more confidence, more clarity, and a lifestyle that feels curated rather than chaotic.” Ria Satsangi concluded
