We sat down with Dr. Natseva to explore her journey, her groundbreaking “Direct Change Method,” and her vision for the future of human potential.

The Worlds Times: You’ve trained over 100,000 students and certified more than 3,000 coaches worldwide. What do you believe makes Happy Life Academy® so unique compared to other coaching and consulting institutions?

Dr. Natseva: Happy Life Academy® is not just an educational platform—it is a transformational ecosystem. What sets us apart is the integration of science, psychology, and holistic practices into a structured methodology that is both academic and deeply personal. Our MBA and Mini MBA programs are accredited, providing professional qualifications, but they are also designed to transform the individual from within. We combine neuroscience, systemic methods, and emotional intelligence with practical tools, so students don’t just learn—they evolve. Many of our graduates not only become successful coaches and consultants but also experience profound healing and empowerment themselves. This ripple effect—students becoming leaders who inspire others—is the heart of our uniqueness.

The Worlds Times: You developed the “Direct Change Method,” rooted in neuroscience. Can you explain how it works and why it is so effective in transforming lives?

Dr. Natseva: The Direct Change Method is based on the principle that our brain and body are programmable systems. Most of our challenges—whether emotional, psychological, or physical—stem from deeply ingrained mental patterns and unresolved emotional traumas. Using neuroscience, we identify these patterns and create a structured process for rewriting them at the subconscious level. This method involves three main steps: awareness, release, and reprogramming. By regulating emotions, shifting thought structures, and reconnecting the body-mind system, people experience not only mental clarity and emotional freedom but also psychosomatic healing. We have countless testimonials of individuals who entered remission from severe health diagnoses after applying this method. That is the true power of aligning science with the human spirit.

The Worlds Times: Many people say your work has helped them achieve remission from life-threatening illnesses. How do you view the connection between the mind, emotions, and physical health?

Dr. Natseva: Our body is a mirror of our inner world. Suppressed emotions, chronic stress, and unresolved traumas often manifest as illness. Scientific research in psychoneuroimmunology shows that emotional states directly influence the immune system and the body’s ability to heal. In my work, I emphasize that healing is not only medical—it is holistic. When we address the subconscious roots of fear, guilt, anger, or grief, the body often begins to recover naturally. I do not replace medicine, but I empower people to take responsibility for their inner world, which in turn strengthens the healing process. Healing the mind and heart is often the missing link to restoring physical health.

The Worlds Times: You’ve authored 15 bestselling books and created 9 accredited MBA programs. What drives your passion for education and writing?

Dr. Natseva: For me, education is the most powerful tool for awakening human potential. Writing books allows me to reach people’s hearts and minds directly, offering knowledge and inspiration in a very personal way. My MBA and Mini MBA programs are a natural extension of this mission—they bridge the gap between personal growth and professional excellence. What drives me is the vision of a world where education is not just about information but about transformation. Every book, every course, every lecture is a seed planted in someone’s consciousness. When that seed grows, it transforms not only that individual’s life but also their family, community, and business. That is the ripple effect I strive for.

The Worlds Times: Your mission is “1 Million Awakened.” What does living awakened mean, and how can people take the first step toward it?

Dr. Natseva: Living awakened means living with conscious awareness, authenticity, and harmony—both with oneself and with the world. It is about breaking free from autopilot living, where we are controlled by fears, limiting beliefs, and external expectations. An awakened person understands their true inner power and lives with purpose, gratitude, and love. The first step toward awakening is awareness—pausing to reflect on who we truly are beyond roles, achievements, or struggles. From there, we can begin to question patterns, heal wounds, and consciously choose the life we want to create. Awakening is not a destination—it is a lifelong journey of growth and expansion.

The Worlds Times: You are also a global leader, serving as President of IAPTC® and a board member of AACCI. How do you see the role of education and psychology in shaping the future of global business and leadership?

Dr. Natseva: The future of leadership will not be defined only by strategy and economics—it will be defined by emotional intelligence, adaptability, and consciousness. Education and psychology play a central role in preparing leaders who are not only competent but also compassionate, resilient, and visionary. At IAPTC® and AACCI, my work is focused on bridging psychology with entrepreneurship and leadership. We need leaders who understand people, who can inspire transformation in their teams and communities, and who act with integrity and purpose. Global collaboration in education is the foundation for creating not just successful businesses, but also a sustainable, humane, and conscious world.

The Worlds Times: With over 30 international awards, global retreats, and hundreds of thousands in your community, you’ve already touched countless lives. Looking ahead, what legacy do you hope to leave behind?

Dr. Natseva: My deepest wish is that my work will inspire people to believe in themselves again. Titles, awards, and achievements are meaningful, but the true legacy is the inner transformation of each individual who reconnects with their essence and creates a life of joy, abundance, and purpose. Through the “1 Million Awakened” mission, my books, programs, and communities, I aim to leave behind a global movement of consciousness—a living ecosystem where people support each other’s growth and contribute to the evolution of humanity. My legacy, I hope, will not be my name, but the countless awakened souls who continue to shine their light in the world.
