CAIRO– 21 January 2022: Egypt’s Public Prosecution revealed on Thursday the situation of the murder of a previous sporting activities champ in northern Egypt’s Kafr El-Sheikh.
In a statement, the prosecution stated it got the apprehension of a man over eliminating Rawan El-Husseini in the northern governorate for four days pending investigation.
The prosecution was informed by the police of Husseini’s death in the healthcare facility on 17 January with injuries on her body as well as neck.
Moving to the scene, the prosecution checked out the body and also inspected the roofing system of the building where she was located lying on the floor.
The prosecution took the surveillance cameras bordering the area.
The sufferer’s relatives stated they got a telephone call from an unknown person from her phone on the day of her death claiming that Husseini got on the roof of a structure with another person.
The family members stated they called him once more after they determined that they were misled so he informed them concerning the woman’s real location.
Reaching her place, they located her existing to the flooding with a piece of fabric around her neck. They tried to save her yet to no avail, they claimed.
The charged man told the prosecution he followed the woman, required her up to the roofing of a building as well as stole her gold jewelry as well as cellphone.
He after that ordered her from the hijab, which dropped to her neck while she is trying to flee, causing her to be up to the ground. He left the scene.
The prosecution said the examinations are underway, affirming that the accused man has reenacted the crime.
