The Worlds Times: Explain your background and your Company’s in detail.

Suhail Ibrahim: We are a business with expertise in passenger transportation, car rentals, and other logistical services.

Through Rushmore Transportation & Logistics Services, we provide passenger transportation and car rental services to both visitors and locals.

We provide logistical support to our national and international partners, including the US Army, and the Jordanian Armed Forces.

Not only in Jordan but also in other Arab nations.

Additionally, we have exclusive agreements in Jordan with a number of well-known international companies in the areas of the car rental and passenger transportation.

The Worlds Times: What are your goals?

Suhail Ibrahim: Being the first business in Jordan to provide these services at all levels as we integrate information technology into every aspect of our business.

The Worlds Times: What do you feel is the biggest strength of RUSHMORE right now?

Suhail Ibrahim: One of our main problems is that there are many businesses in the area that don’t have defined marketing strategies or objectives and are always attempting to ruin the market by enacting unstable pricing practices that hurt the other businesses. Unfortunately, some of them lack the fundamental knowledge necessary to accurately determine costs and establish prices that are fair to customers. As a result, there is intense, unfair rivalry in the market.

Of course, the region’s political issues provide us with a serious challenge as well.

The Worlds Times: What was the path you took to get to where you are today?

Suhail Ibrahim: Providing exceptional customer care, genuine attentive service, and an amazing experience for each client who has used our company’s services.

The Worlds Times: Why did you start RUSHMORE?

Suhail Ibrahim: In the beginning, since I like my job and want to do it correctly, and I also want to develop an organization that anybody would want to work with, not as an employee, but as a participant in the success of this firm that delivers genuine service to the client.

The Worlds Times: What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome during the journey of your leadership?

Suhail Ibrahim: Conveying to my local and international partners the concept that nothing is impossible and that everything must be done to the best of one’s ability, and that credibility in dealing is the most essential thing.

Suhail Ibrahim: All success is built on arduous work.

Suhail Ibrahim: Credibility with clients, diligence, and completion of the task correctly.

The Worlds Times: What are the key values which helped you to overcome the challenges in your path? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?

Suhail Ibrahim: Doing the task properly to provide the consumer with the quality of service he paid for and expects.

On the other hand, I once worked as a driver for a day when I was the general manager of a transportation business since we required drivers that day to cover a significant conference in Jordan.

I served this customer as best I could in my capacity as a driver that day by transporting them from the airport to the hotel. Where we have a crucial appointment the next day with the general manager of a foreign business seeking a partner in the local market.

They were as taken aback by my appearance as the general manager of the local firm as they were by the fact that the guy I had previously worked for was now the general manager of this organization.

It was a great pleasure to join with us when we signed the cooperation agreement.
