Mykhailo Khytriak: About 8 years ago, I created my own online furniture store. At first I faced difficulties because e-commerce was not popular in Ukraine. Recognizing the need for advertising, I turned to agencies, but was disappointed and got no results. Determined to find a solution, I took matters into my own hands and began to study advertising thoroughly. Through trial and error, I registered an advertising account, learned about target audiences, and honed my marketing skills. In the end, I succeeded, receiving numerous orders and gaining confidence in my abilities.

Mykhailo Khytriak: The biggest challenges I had to overcome on my journey to leadership were the initial lack of awareness and visibility of my online store, as well as the disappointment and lack of results from working with ineffective advertising agencies. Additionally, the scarcity of resources such as information and courses on advertising forced me to self-study and learn through trial and error. Despite these obstacles, I persisted and developed my skills, eventually achieving success and gaining confidence in my abilities.
