The Worlds Times: Explain your background and your group of companies in detail.

Dheeraj Khatore: I have a strong medical background. I was a quality auditor with the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi, and managed a venture into prehospital and ambulance EMT/Paramedic programs, which was further supplemented by several prestigious international certifications, including AHA, NAEMT, and EMT. Over time, I have worn many hats, including those of an entrepreneur specializing in healthcare AI, digital health, medical training, quality accreditation, EMS consultations, and ambulance designs and operations in India and other countries. I have recently completed a Master in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from Spain and am enrolled in a Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Health.

The Worlds Times: What do you value the most about your healthcare company AACI?

Dheeraj Khatore: At AACI, we’re committed to upholding the best evidence-based practice guidelines worldwide. The Worlds Times: What are the key values which helped you to overcome the challenges in your path? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?

Dheeraj Khatore: Honesty and integrity are key values that have guided me throughout my professional journey. Collaboration, too, has been a fundamental principle in my business endeavors. There was a moment, after a decade-long disconnection from the Indian Healthcare system while working in the UAE, when I felt the challenge of reconnecting as I took over the position of AACI CEO in India. However, through the power of networking platforms like LinkedIn, I was able to reconnect with industry leaders and amass over 3000 followers in a relatively short span. This was a moment of realization and reconnection that I remember fondly.
