Arturs Bernovskis: I have a background in technology and a passion for creating innovative solutions that improve people’s lives. Efectio is a comprehensive employee engagement and well-being platform that I co-founded. This is particularly relevant to my current research as I am studying for a PhD at Riga Technical University, focusing on the impact of gamification on business results. My research aims to explore how gamification elements integrated within Efectio’s platform can enhance employee engagement and ultimately drive positive business outcomes. Efectio’s adaptability to meet each organization’s unique needs and goals is also a significant strength, as it allows for customization and tailoring of the platform to align with specific research objectives.
