Abdul Wahied: I hail from a place called Poonch, in Jammu and Kashmir, India. The tranquility and unity of my hometown have instilled in me the resilience to persevere enabling me to confront obstacles and pursue my aspirations, in the profession. My passion for law led me on a transformative journey that eventually brought me to the United Arab Emirates. I hold a BALLB Honours degree from the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. This educational foundation laid the groundwork for my pursuit of a legal career.
I did an LLM degree at the University of East London to deepen my understanding of law. The field of technology and artificial intelligence law is my favorite. Exploring this area has greatly influenced the direction of my career as it has provided me with a viewpoint, on the convergence of law and technology. This perspective continues to shape my endeavors.
In the UAE, I realized my dream by founding Dar al Haqooq Legal Consultancy LLC in Sharjah. As a Legal Consultant and the founder of the consultancy, I’ve been dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional legal practice and innovative legal technology solutions. At Dar al Haqooq, our services encompass a wide spectrum of legal areas, including financial crime reporting, due diligence investigations, drafting legal documents, and providing representation in legal proceedings.
My journey has been marked by a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and utilizing technology to enhance the legal process. I’ve had the privilege of representing clients in various legal proceedings, drafting privacy policies for e-commerce businesses, and integrating cutting-edge tools such as the E-Court system and E-Police System into our operations.
My ongoing pursuit of knowledge is a core aspect of my professional identity. I continue to explore the complexities of Technology and Artificial Intelligence Law, aiming to harness these insights to create more efficient and effective legal solutions for clients in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
In essence, my background, coupled with my role at Dar al Haqooq, underscores my dedication to transforming traditional legal practices through technology and innovation. I’m committed to contributing to the advancement of the legal industry and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service in this dynamic era.

We put an emphasis on making the process of obtaining assistance seamless and hassle free for our clients prioritizing convenience and efficiency.
