A bench headed by Principal Justice of India N V Ramana, prior to whom the matter was pointed out by Senior Advocate Maninder Singh, asked him to offer a copy of his petition to the Punjab government and added that it will certainly hear it Friday.

The High court will certainly take up on Friday a plea seeking a court-monitored probe right into the breach of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s security while on a browse through to Punjab Wednesday.
